All information is provided as a guideline only, and is based on general information that should not be considered 100% accurate for a given area or scope of work. Work estimates include the supply/placement of materials only. All crew costs used in this guideline are estimated figures; estimates do not take into account significant gradient changes, drainage requirements, reinforcement, high quantity of bulkheads, integral curb and gutter/sidewalk, etc”.
CANPav™ Data Storage Policy
Since CANPav™ is a web enabled software application, it has the ability to save and retain project inputs and budget outputs. This information is stored under your own individual user name and can be accessed once you login to the website. The program also offers the functionality of being able to save your data in a PDF format which you can store on your own computer or distribute to others as you see fit.
Since there is a physical limit to the amount of information that can be stored on the CANPav™ server, the standard data management policy is to retain all project files for a maximum of 12 months. If you wish to retain the project information indefinitely, you are encouraged to save the individual program summaries (in PDF format) to your own computer.
Privacy
When you register on the CANPav™ website, you will be asked to input certain information. The information which you provide will be received on a non-confidential basis and may be disseminated, distributed and made available to:
The Cement Association of Canada, the Canadian Ready Mixed Concrete Association, the Ready Mixed Concrete Association of Ontario, as well as other duly constituted ready mixed concrete associations situated in Canada.
The information may be disseminated, distributed and utilized by the associations noted above as well as by the members of such associations and their related entities.
